When it comes to customer service, Northern Star Homes encourages all of their clients to be directly involved in their project. Clients are given a voice in the decision-making process and are informed constantly as to what is happening with their homes, which are always finished before or on time. “That’s a big part of what sets us apart from the others. We allow clients to visit their site and become involved with the construction process.

Northern Star’s commitment to each and every customer leads to a lot of repeat business and referrals. They’re now doing second builds for clients they worked with originally four or five years ago, and about 95 per cent of their business is generated through word-of-mouth referrals.
