New Home Sales Consultants

Northern Star Homes is currently looking for demonstrated sales professionals to join its team. You will be led by a dynamic Sales Manager with over 40 years of sales experience who is highly motivated to build the best Home Sales team in Darwin.

About the role:

The role is to sell new homes to prospective clients and implement strategies to promote continuous market growth. This will be achieved through:

Providing timely advice on sales.
Interacting with prospective clients in display villages.
Building relationships with land agents.
Participating at relevant community functions and activities to promote the business and
Responding to internet / phone enquiries with impeccable customer service standards.

The successful candidate:

We are seeking a 'people’s person' who is able to build up relationships and rapport quickly and who can demonstrate his/her ability to close sales and be permanently residing in Darwin or must be committed to do so. They must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident of Australia and possess the following attributes:

Demonstrated successful sales experience. Housing sector experience would be highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills – the ability to explain information to clients clearly and concisely.
Problem solving skills – ability to understand and solve problems by breaking them down and providing solutions.
Negotiation skills – The ability to obtain agreement between two or more parties who may have different interests.
Teamwork – to be able to work in a cooperative manner with other team members to achieve business goals.
Results focused – Demonstrated experience in implementing sales strategies and maintaining a strong business focus to achieve results and deliver against set KPI’s.
Administration ability – to be able to produce detailed documentation as required and more importantly, demonstrate competent records management experience and ability to ensure that business documentation generated is stored and is made available to all staff.

Remuneration:

A lucrative income can be derived from this position with a package that includes a retainer and commission for the successful candidate.
