We could go on and on about ourselves, but your time is valuable. So here are a few things we feel you should know. Michael and Domenic have over two decades experience in building quality custom and semi-custom homes in Darwin, Palmerston and rural areas. With Northern Star Homes, build quality is a fact, not a promise. The company builds a limited number of superb custom and semi-custom homes each year by choice. Each home is built using top quality materials by the best trades and sub-contractors available. We always have your best interests in mind, so we will guide you from start to finish on your home-building journey.

Michael Di Lembo

Michael was educated in Italy and came to Australia in 1978 and the family established residency in Nightcliff.  He held various management positions in the Northern Territory Public Service while assisting the Di Lembo family business interests in property management and construction.  In 1996, Michael established DLI Homes (Di Lembo Investments) and built a wide range of distinctive, high quality up-market custom and spec homes for clients in the greater Darwin area.

Domenic Pappalardo

Dom is a master carpenter by trade and like his business partner has designed and built custom and spec homes for clients in the Queensland north coast from 1990 to 1996 when he was a director of Dalpa Pty Ltd before relocation to Darwin with his family 15 years ago.  Prior to establishing Northern Star Homes, Dom has supervised and directed a number of trade and sub-contractor groups in and around Darwin and has firmly established and aligned himself with trade professionals and sub-contractors who are the very best at what they do, further ensuring your home is built and finished the best it can be.
