It has now been five months since we moved to our new house in Nightcliff, which you built for us.

We are very pleased to inform you that all is well; no problems, in fact we are extremely satisfied with all finishings and workmanship. Our dream home was something we thought would never happen but it has come true.

Northern Star Homes have been great to work with. We are not involved in the building industry so terminology on processes or materials means little to us. You made this process easy to understand and changes we required were easy to negotiate- its much easier to like something you see than to imagine it.

Some of the reasons we gave the job to Northern Star Homes were the price but also some of the inclusions which were detailed and the better finishes. Some of these were: built in cupboards with carcasses, eaves which were covered, floor to ceiling tiles, the price per meter allocation on the tiles were generous, fittings used were smart looking and of good quality. We were always consulted and informed when you thought changes might have to be made and when ever we asked questions you were prepared to accommodate and answer our needs.
